Behind the friendly feel and customer welcoming atmosphere of every Superdrug store, there's a wealth of systems and processes that make everything run smoothly and seamlessly.
Putting those systems into place, ensuring that store team members know how to use them, sorting things out when something goes awry, and facilitating system changes and improvements is the job of our Stores Operations team.
This 18-strong team at Croydon head office implements Company initiatives in our stores. Much of the work is helpdesk related... solving simple but important problems, often on the spot, or referring complex cases to an appropriate expert.
The team also communicates and manages the workloads and activities of Store and Area Managers and supplies a customer support service to online customers as well as shoppers in store.

The Pharmacy department is responsible for all the aspects of the customer facing Pharmacy activities in 213 Superdrug stores.
The central team of six and a field operations team of six are just the tip of a pyramid of 1,300 full-time and part-time store staff that forms a key part of the Superdrug brand and customer offer.
Pharmacy offers quite a wide range of opportunities including Pharmacy Assistant, Pharmacy Driver, Dispensing Assistant, Dispenser, Accuracy Checker, Pharmacy Manager, Nurse, Locum Co-ordinator, Pharmacy Operations Manager, Pharmacy Services Development Manager and Pharmacy Superintendent.
The skills we need vary as widely as the roles but all of them require energy, enthusiasm, drive, commitment, flexibility and customer focus.
