Whether supporting our 1200 stores, keeping the desktops of the head office running smoothly, or making sure all our systems work together and stay secure, there are loads of great opportunities in the IT Services team. It's fast moving and can be hard work, but there's always something new and interesting to get involved in - from moving a data centre, to supplier management, or supporting rollouts and upgrades.
And it doesn't stop there. We have an IT Development team implementing projects that can range from opening a new Distribution Centre, to rolling out software to stores. We may also do smaller developments to help a specific business initiative, or we may replace a whole set of systems and processes. Whatever the project, we always work closely with the business and keep as much focus on process and business change as we do on the technology...and some of our project work is purely business focussed without a bit or byte in sight!
Finally, being part of the A.S. Watson Group means that we have access to colleagues around the world that can add expertise and help us learn in whatever we're doing - our last big project had three colleagues from Hong Kong, one from France, and another from Columbia and a team working in Holland and Paris.
