The Store Operations team deal with process, procedures and communications to Store, Area and Regional Managers.
The Customer Relations team provides support and advice to any customers contacting Head Office. Its advisors are available

The Central Support team provides help and support to all Stores, Area and Regional Managers for any query they may have.
Superdrug has pharmacies in over 200 of its stores supported by a central Pharmacy team. The team, led by the Head of Pharmacy, has a wide range of roles from administrative support through to professional service development. As well as dispensing prescriptions, a number of the pharmacies have recently introduced a number of brand new services to the High Street, including mole screening, teeth whitening and travel clinics. Other roles include Senior Buyer for prescription medicines, Professional Development Manager and Locum Co-ordinator. The team work as part of the operations function, linking in closely with Store Support, Customer Relations and Space Planning departments. The Pharmacy team is completed by three field roles based around the country responsible for working with Area Managers to help support business growth and maintaining best practice.
