Once you have applied for a job online with us, this is what happens next:

If your online application is successful, a Resourcing Manager will contact you and complete an initial telephone screening interview. If you are successful here, you will go on to the next stage.
For the second stage, you will be asked to complete a SWOT analysis of a store, which will form part of a structured, competency-based interview with the Regional Pharmacy Manager.
On successful completion of the second interview we will offer you a position at Superdrug. Your Resourcing Manager will contact you directly to make the offer.

Once you have applied for a job online with us, this is what happens next:

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited for an interview with the Store Manager. Depending on which position you have applied for, a shop floor exercise may be included at this stage.
The Pharmacy Manager will then contact you to let you know if you have been successful in your interview.
If you accept an offer to join with us, you will be invited into the store to complete some paperwork prior to joining us.
