Once you have applied for a job online with us, this is what happens next:
If your online application is successful, a Senior Resourcing Manager will contact you and complete an initial screening interview. If you are successful here, you will go on to the next stage.
For the second stage, you will be invited for an interview with the Regional General Manager. Prior to the interview, you will be asked to complete some online psychometric tests. You will also be asked to visit as many of the stores as possible in the area, which will form part of a competency based interview.
If successful at this stage, you will be invited to a final interview with the Head of Operations and the Head of HR.
On successful completion of the final interview we will offer you a position at Superdrug. A Senior Resourcing Manager will contact you directly to make the offer.
