Team Leader
Supporting the management team of a busy store and helping to deliver key performance indicators, Team Leaders play a highly responsible role. And, as you'll stand in for the managers in their absence and champion our brand values, it's also an important step towards a rewarding store management career.
You'll need to have some previous experience within retail and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service - personally and through others. An understanding of retail store Key Performance Indicators and good experience of coaching and developing staff will be essential.

Assistant Manager

Store Manager

It's inspirational leadership that drives our business success. As one of our dynamic Area Managers you'll direct, develop and guide around 18 retail store teams to deliver the regional business plan and meet Key Performance Indicators on budget.
An experienced Store or Area Manager in the fast moving retail sector, you must be accustomed to developing and delivering robust business plans and targeted returns on investment in new and re-branded stores. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence people will be essential.
