Apprenticeships
At Superdrug we are proud to offer our employees the opportunity to gain a FREE nationally recognised vocational qualification.
We have a wide variety of qualifications available in the form of Apprenticeships at Level 2 and Level 3 covering retail, head office and warehousing roles.
Having delivered qualifications for over 4 years we have seen the positive difference they make to an individual’s performance as well as their store with many of our learners gaining promotions as a result of their hard work and achievements.
Once you are a permanent Superdrug employee, it's easy to apply to join the Apprenticeship programme and with the support of your Manager and the Apprenticeship team, you can get a fantastic qualification, and the reward and recognition it brings, whilst you work!
RMT
We like to see a succession of store managers working their way up the career ladder. Our interactive Retail Management Training Programme provides it. If you have ambitions for a career in management, this is a firm foundation which will help you to gain retail industry recognised qualifications.
STAR Induction
Many of our most experienced store managers are eager to share their knowledge with rising stars. In addition to the RMT programme, this is a personally tailored mentorship programme in which you'll work alongside top performing managers, learn from their example, and give yourself a good head start.
