Apprentice Learner Journey

Day One

On your first day you get to meet the team, complete a full induction and meet your assessor for the first time. They will go through how the programme will work and get you all signed up and ready to go. There’s mandatory online training and maybe a chance to give it a go for real!

Training Period

With the support of your Manager and your Assessor you will learn about all aspects of your role, developing relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours and becoming fully competent through a variety of training and learning practices. Your assessor will keep you on track, but you must take responsibility for your own learning

End Point Assessment (final month)

This is the final stage of your apprenticeship, an impartial assessment of the skills knowledge and behaviours you have been working on through your training period, assessed in a variety of different ways. You will be fully supported and ready to shine! Once successfully completed you gain your recognised apprenticeship and look at your next steps on your career journey
