How do I know if my local store is recruiting?
All of or live vacancies are advertised on our career site, you can search by position (i.e. Sales Adviser) and location. If no suitable roles are showing in a store near you please check back as new roles arise all the time.

Having problems uploading your CV?
To apply for a role with Superdrug you will need to upload your CV. Please make sure that your CV is in either Word or PDF format before trying to upload to our career site. You cannot use image files as our system is unable to read them.
If you still cannot upload your CV to a live vacancy please visit the store you would like to apply with for and speak to the store manager. Please take a copy of your CV
I need to make a correction on my application
If you have made a mistake on your application please log on to your candidate profile where you will be able correct and make changes to your personal details. If you didn’t create a profile when you applied please click here https://aswatsoneurope.csod.com and create a profile which will allow you access to your candidate details.
Once you have created a profile you will be able to reset your candidate password using the forgot password link.
OK, I’ve applied, what’s happening now?
Your application will now be screened by our recruiters alongside the other applications that we’ve received. Once screening has taken place we will let you know the outcome by email. If your application matches what we are looking our recruiters will get in touch and will invite you to either a video or telephone interview.
How long will it be until I hear back from you?
We aim to respond to all applications within 28 days
At times our recruitment process can take slightly longer than we anticipated as we sometimes receive an over whelming amount of applications for some positions. We will respond to your application as soon as possible.
Does Superdrug provide work experience placements?
We are keen to support our local communities and people looking to get into work. Given the current situation with Covid 19 we are unable to offer work experience placements at this time. We will review this in line with the guidance and hope to be able to offer placements again in the near future.
Right to work documents
We are legally responsible for checking that everyone who joins us at Superdrug has the correct right to work documents. Our recruiters will talk to you about this at your interview or assessment.
Applicants under 16
We accept applications from the age of 15 but if you are under 16, we will need to obtain an LEA certificate before you can start working with us.
You will need to be 18 or over before you can work a shift between 11pm and 6am
