With Beauty Studios located in over 400 of our stores and 9 fully functioning Hair & Beauty Salons, we offer treatments from Hair & Barbering, brows to nails to lashes and have partnered with professional brands such as Mylee, Studex, Lash Perfect & Eyelash Emporium & Schwarzkopf. We are looking for passionate therapists to join Superdrug to deliver outstanding services to our customers.

The Role
You will join a team of therapists who are experts at what they do. You will be providing professional advice and beauty treatments for our customers to ensure they have the best in-store experience.
You will be offering the following treatments:
Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, lash lifts, Cluster Lash extensions, Piercing and Nails (manicure and pedicure), body waxing and spray tanning.
We offer in-house professional training in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing & Lash extensions.
About You
- Possess, NVQ 2 in beauty Therapy or equivalent
- A desire to exceed customers' expectations
- Confident in approaching customers and upselling services and products
- Passionate about all thing's beauty

Journey to Joining Our Amazing Team
1. Submit Your Application
Apply online by submitting your CV, ensuring it highlights how your experience aligns with our beauty roles.
2. Telephone Screening
Our Talent Team will review your application, and if you meet the role's requirements, they will contact you to arrange a 20-minute telephone screening. This conversation will help us learn more about you and your experience.
3. Interview
If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Store Manager or Beauty Studio Manager. The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and expertise in Beauty or Hair.
4. Trade Test
We want to see you do what you do best! At your face-to-face interview, you will also be asked to complete a Trade Test so we can assess your practical skills and client interaction. This could be a nail, brow or hair treatment – dependant on what role you have applied for. The Talent Team will talk you through this when scheduling so you know exactly what to expect, Please note, to ensure the Trade Test runs smoothly, we ask that you bring along a friend/family member who can act as your model for this assessment.
5. Offer & Onboarding
If successful, you will receive a job offer with details about the role, salary, training, and benefits. We'll guide you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start into your new role.
