📅Here’s the exciting bit… A day includes:

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our Food Service team on a part-time basis. You’ll support the preparation and service of fresh food for colleagues and visitors during breakfast and lunch service.

This is an important supporting role, ideal for someone who enjoys food preparation, teamwork, and working within clear processes in a fast-paced environment.


📝Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing fresh food items such as salads, sandwiches, baguettes, toasties, protein pots, boiled eggs, jacket potato fillings, and yoghurt pots
• Ensuring food displays and counters are well stocked, fresh, and presented to a high standard
• Supporting lunch service (12:00–2:00pm, Monday–Friday) to ensure timely and consistent delivery
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across kitchen and service areas
• Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team


What We’re Looking For:

• An interest in preparing fresh food and maintaining high hygiene standards
• A reliable, team-focused approach with good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and support colleagues during busy periods
• Ability to work the required hours and shifts for the role
• Previous experience in a similar environment is helpful but not essential

You don’t need to be a chef—just someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in their work, and contributes positively to a team environment. A food safety certificate is desirable; training can be provided where needed.
