Here's the exciting bit…a day includes:

 Support the Senior CRM Manager to manage, develop and grow the Superdrug Health & Beautycard loyalty scheme. 

 Deliver profitable, smart, personalised CRM campaigns with tangible returns at a national and local market level.

 Source and secure exclusive value adding offers for Health & Beautycard members such as promotions and 3rd party offers.


Key Responsibilities

 Drive the agenda of the Health & Beautycard through the business to deliver budgeted increases in loyalty Sales Participation, Registrations and Active member targets.

 Manage the implementation of CRM campaigns at varying localised levels. These will encompass different customer types derived through working closely with the insight and analytics team.

 Manage the CRM Retail & Project team to deliver a best in business team ethos, central to marketing and buying strategy and action, with a resilient, can do attitude working pragmatically within the technical CRM infrastructure available.

 Ensure where relevant CRM activity is personalised utilising the appropriate data segmentation to guide CRM content variation (e.g. RFM modelling, basket analysis, promotional preference insight).

 Be a strong advocate for the benefits of CRM marketing and as part of this, ensure all CRM activity complements the wider Commercial and Marketing plans of Superdrug. 

 Develop 3rd party relationships which extend benefits to Health & Beautycard members, be it through existing suppliers and relationships or new alliances with 3rd parties.

 Ensure all CRM activity is delivered within agreed budget. Chase any efficiencies in activity that realise cost saving to the business.

 Work closely with the CRM Designers to improve the effectiveness of all marketing communications used within CRM Campaigns.

 Work closely with Store Operations to drive colleague engagement with the Health & Beautycard in store, driving registrations and sales participation.

 Support the Senior CRM Manager with the on-going development and enhancement of loyalty scheme benefits and customer experience in store and online.

.What you’ll need to succeed

• Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity (big-picture perspective, asks "why") and a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious).
• Minimum 2+ years in a strong loyalty/CRM driven business environment.
• Experience of managing a large-scale CRM programme in a commercial, fast paced environment preferable.
• Evidence of using insight and data to drive improvements and ongoing test and learn across all elements of CRM delivering strong ROI figures.
• Retail experience preferable.
• Strong project management skills with experience with work prioritisation, planning, influencing and working cross-functionally.
• Evidence of delivering relationship and tactical CRM, delivering strong ROI preferable.
• Key skills: customer led thinker, communication, negotiation, analytical, managing multiple projects at once, relationship building, balance of commercial and customer perspective
