Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

This role sits within the Infrastructure Services Team (Infrastructure Engineers) whom provide support, stability, integrity and enhancement of the A.S. Watson (UK) business based in the UK.  The job holder will be responsible for the administration of the A.S. Watson (UK) infrastructure services and ensuring audit procedures comply with the IT strategy and are monitored, maintained and perform in accordance with agreed SLA's.

Key Responsibilities

To create users to access systems following strict audit procedures
To delete users who have left following strict audit procedures.
To amend user setup following strict audit procedures
To participate in the delivery of all key daily tasks
To administer the updating of core information for Store Openings/relocations and Closures.
To manage the Service Contracts database. Ensuring that expiring contracts are flagged to the contract owner for resolution. Ensuring relevant contract information are filed and kept up to date.
To manage the Licence Compliance database. Ensuring that expiring licenses are flagged to the license owner for
resolution.
To manage the IT asset database, ensuring this is kept up to date with new assets, change of assets and retiring assets.
To manage the IT Telephony part of the asset database, ensuring this is kept up to date with new mobile/landlines, change of mobile/landlines and retiring of mobile/landlines
To manage the purchase to payment IT process. Identifying purchase orders not signed off, coding of telephony invoices and ensuring payments due against the IT revenue budget are paid on time and if not flagged to the service owner.
To monitor the IT audit process. Regular checks that new starters and leavers are processed and flagging to service owner if any anomalies.
General IT administration tasks.
Collate the time and attendance information for the IT department and key this into the application.
Co-ordinating completion of the IT Service reporting.
Co-ordinate the operational administration environment
Document all infrastructure applications and services, ensuring they are well maintained and that each has a valid & up to date roadmap at all times.

Ensure that the asset management system is updated for all PC, server, printer and laptop changes.
