career? We are currently recruiting for a new role within the Northampton Hub
to lead our Online Hub team. As the Online Operations Pharmacist, you will be
working with the Senior Online Pharmacy Manager in the Northampton hub to
manage our Online Doctor, Superdrug Online Pharmacy, and Easymed Services. You
will be supporting the Senior Online Pharmacy Manager, Regional Healthcare
Manager, and working with both internal and external stakeholders to
successfully implement the operational business plan for the Northampton hub.
This role involves working with market leading automation and being at the
forefront of innovation within Superdrug. As an inspirational leader, you will
create a culture of great customer service for both our online and offline
customers.

Our Online Operations Pharmacist skills go beyond just great clinical, professional and management ones. We’re
after people who can bring real commerciality and leadership to their pharmacy,
inspiring every person who works there to deliver
exceptional service and exceed targets. As the pharmacist on site you will be
responsible for supporting the Senior Online
Pharmacy Manager to deliver great service, stock control, operational
and GPhC standards. You will receive direct line management support from your Senior Online Pharmacy Manager.

challenges. Our Online Operations Pharmacists are extremely important to us; we recognise that you could be our Online Pharmacy Manager of tomorrow. We will
support you to develop both your professional and commercial skills.
What you’ll need to succeed
To come on board as a Superdrug Pharmacist you will have the
following:
• Registered Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
(or PSNI in N
Ireland)
• Relevant community pharmacy experience (though would suit
newly qualified
pharmacist)
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Passion for exceptional service is key

Hours: 45-hour p/w
Salary: Up to £58,000 (negotiable based on experience)
