Superdrug Mobile

Role Purpose:
Supporting the wider Superdrug Mobile and retail operations team via reporting on; sales, initiatives, commission, and trials/programs. Being the Superdrug Mobile contact for general store queries and being the voice of Superdrug Mobile across internal channels (eg The Hub) to keep the retail team up to date with important Superdrug Mobile information. Responsible for day-to-day audit/legal processes such as; DSRs, Chargebacks, Refunds etc.


A typical day in this role includes:
You will communicate with many key people throughout the business including but not limited to; our retail operations team, payroll, legal, customer services and the immediate mobile team.
Your typical day will be lots of collaboration, data analysis, compliance and reporting in the form of tasks such as:
Reporting to Area Managers, Stores & RGMs on key sales information and initiatives
Submitting the weekly commission details to payroll
Responding to and providing any customer DSR requests within the stated timeframe
Compiling slide decks for Superdrug Mobile weekly meetings
Minute taking and managing the actions of key meetings/projects in the Superdrug Mobile team
Responding to store queries for additional support and items
Researching options for initiatives inclusive of compiling quotes and looking at external trends/successes
Keeping trackers of spend and raising all PO’s for the team
Compliance on PSA tracker for the team across all initiatives

What you’ll need:

An ability to prioritise workload
To be comfortable with liaising with key stakeholders across the business
An intermediate or higher level of excel expertise
A competent understanding and use of the Office 365 suite
Good PowerPoint skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
