To be field based, with regular UK travel.
Working as part of the Fixture team to assist and co-ordinate all of, but not exclusively, the following:
Savers, Superdrug and The Perfume Shop:
Being the first point of contact for teams regarding Permanent equipment queries and to assist with progression of information required.
To co-ordinate any Core kit requirements outside of main refit program with Development & Fixtures Facilitator and Implementation team as required.
To assist with proactive relationship building across departments within Savers:
to co-ordinate meeting requirements for Development projects with Fixtures Manager
to participate in meetings and collate notes and next step ownership
to assist in progression of detail and monitor next step progression with working group of project
Assist Development & Fixtures Facilitator to build best process for DC equipment roll outs with Logistics team
To be first point of contact for any queries and assist with progression of information required
Working with all relevant stakeholders & suppliers for all development projects toassist in progression of detail and monitor next steps with working group for project:
to assist with proactive relationship building across departments within Superdrug
to participate in meetings and collate notes and next step ownership
to proactively investigate information as required to support project progression
at point of handover of project for rollout to ensure all specification details and requirements for the project are collated and loaded into Fixture database
to pass over all details for project to the Development & Fixtures Project Manager and where required progress any details from head office contacts until completion of project.

Collation of all CER documentation liaising with finance to ensure allocation of budget lines identified for PO allocation once IC approved.
Raise all purchase orders requested in a timely manner for our suppliers.
Monitor invoice submissions and approvals for year end to ensure all received in a timely manner from supplier and that Finance are loading for sign off.
Maintain and update the Fixtures Asset Tracker
to liaise with the finance for continued progression andupdate consistency
to resolve any queries by co-ordinating directly with our suppliers to resolve any queries
ensuring any asset transfers between BU’s are tracked and allocated
Tender & Quote:
This role will assist with organisation of tenders and creating the tender packs for issue.
To Co-ordinate with Legal the creation of contracts at initial stages of tender.
Collation of all submissions for analysis
Attending review meetings to collate notes/score card details at each stage of review
Ensuring all documentation is loaded onto central database for audit purposes
To create final submission packs including IC paper and Legal forms with all relevant signatories
To progress the approval process and ensure any missing/additional details requested are returned in timely manner
Supplier Trackers – working with Fixture team and suppliers to ensure trackers are updated and monitored to task completions
Collation of KPI documentation from Implementation and Project management team ready for review meetings
Attending KPI meetings to collate notes/score card details and issue to all in a timely manner
Responsible for maintaining specification details for fixtures database

Fitting instructions
Drawing packs
Ensuring that the relevant documents from above are issued to the correct departments
