Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
Manage owned media channels, including but not limited to Superdrug Radio, SDTV (hosted on YouTube, end to end production for product-based shoots and blog content. A key brand contact owning tagged media and seasonal projects, which deliver a consistent customer message, enhanced online environment, and attract customers, in line with business strategy.
Management of Superdrug in-store radio service including ROI support; co-own evently nomination process together with Marketing manager from review of confirmed event in-store nominations, briefing, liaising with commercial teams, Agency, and owner of actual production process.
Ensure PPL and PPS licensing is kept up to date ensuring they have up to date store lists, so we are charged the correct fee – working closely with the store operations team.
Co-Manage the relationship with KVH – ensuring they are fulfilling their contract and using all allocations.
Ensure all key areas of the business are supported in line with the customer calendar whilst still being reactive to any new focuses that may come up.
Ensure KVH engage with store teams and keep the staff show fun and engaging, working with internal stakeholders to make sure key business messages are supported and the messaging is best for engaging with store colleagues
Superdrug TV & Content Franchise’s
Management and cross-functional support of Superdrug TV, including brainstorming content ideas, based on trends & current affairs within industry. Working collaboratively with agency, marketing & wider commercial teams for advertising, content and internal approvals for plans and episodes.
Support line manager on managing Superdrug TV and our agency, ensuring content is relevant, up to date and in line with Superdrug’s tone of voice.
Keep track of performance of SDTV – reaching 35 – 40k views per episodes, with the ambition and ideas to increase subscribers by 1,499 for Q3.
Work with Agencies on paid support plan for each episode, putting in regular time to understand ad parameters and how we can improve targeting for our investment.
Review competitor channels monthly, developing and sharing a report on the findings to highlight any new areas, trends and topics that have performed well and fit with the SD franchise. Use this to scope new opportunities for SDTV and generate exposure internally and externally. Brainstorm ideas to improve content and stats overall.
Management of Superdrug’s printed proposition, including advertising and content, ensuring publication adheres to all KPIs and Superdrug brand guidelines.
Manage and lead the process with our agency to produce Christmas Gift-guide. Support in ensuring deadlines is met, engaging with all key stakeholders throughout the process – taking onboard learnings from previous years – especially .com.
Be the main point of contact for customer themed eLab shoots, working with our internal agency to brief, produce and distribute assets to the wider commercial team. Working collaboratively to manage the process, hosting cross-functional meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
Co-own the large-scale Christmas shoot, taking the leading role to produce pack and content shots for our Own Brand gifting products, managing production and delivery to the wider team, owning the timeline for different teams and sharing assets by the deadline.
Support brand-led Health and Beauty campaigns and seasonal campaigns based on annual customer themes as agreed by the business.
Responsible for looking at paid media opportunities, leading external and cross-functional Marketing, overseeing implementation and pulling together post campaign analysis support for pre-agreed seasonal campaigns annually.
Management of Superdrug owned Bus / other vehicles by promoting the bus in any supplier meetings to increase activity, keeping track of bus events booked with our agency and tracking costs for storage/repairs.
Undertake tactical and special projects as agreed with the business to support brand and seasonal campaigns.
Superdrug stakeholder co-ordination – management of internal relationships to promote brand campaigns and owned media platforms.
GOBE focus; make sure external written communications strategy highlights Own Brand and Exclusive ranges to Superdrug customers.
Undertake various administrative tasks for the role and where required to support the Brand Marketing Manager.
Manage tagged media, working with suppliers to approve our branding on their TVC, digital, OOH advertisements.
