Role Purpose:
Primary purpose of this role is to automate new processes using Blue Prism and support and enhance the existing process automations that Superdrug have implemented.

Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

Work with RPA Product Lead, RPA team members to automate processes using Blue Prism
Advise the team on best practice
Provide architecture support to ensure the development is scalable and robust
Work with other teams such as Data team, Infrastructure team
Your key stakeholders with be Superdrug Business teams
Your high-level objective of this role is to automate business process using Blue Prism

What you’ll need:
You will have a strong track record a track record in the successful delivery and support of Blue Prism process automations
You have experience providing Technical architecture support to the project
You need to have significant experience in:
Accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
Analysing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements
Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Following and maintaining solution documentation
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
Problem solving issues that arise in the daily running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses
Mentoring colleagues through the Blue Prism training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
Communicating with Blue Prism on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community.
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and roll-out phases.
Problem solving of issues encountered by system users on a day to day basis
Based in Superdrug Head Office but may be required to travel to other locations when needed

You need to have working knowledge:
To conceptualize Blue Prism solutions and understand the prescribed Blue Prism design architecture.
Solid end user computing skills, for example intermediate spreadsheet user or using regular expression.
You will have at least 5 years’ experience of working in a technical environment
You will be a Certified BluePrism Developer
Your leadership experience will have equipped you to work independently and take initiative. You will coach junior member of the team
