Drive standard practices within IT for project delivery, resource capacity management, portfolio management and budget control delivering high quality delivery of projects.

Facilitate excellent communications with internal customers and IT colleagues throughout the AS Watson group through project reporting and account management meetings.

Provide focus to key services such as IT training and audit responses.

Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

Manage the IT project portfolio to provide visibility of the resources required and allocated to each project.
Mentor and coach Project Managers to follow the same approach in managing their projects.
Manage the project IT budget reporting.
Provide the communication channels for weekly project reporting, monthly account management meetings and regular reporting to Group IT.
Preparation of IT presentations to Senior Business stakeholder communications
Manage the responses to IT audits.
Manage the IT technical training budget

Person Specification
Energy and aptitude to motivate colleagues.
Clear communication skills to connect building strong relationships with IT and non-IT colleagues
Interested in IT projects making a positive difference
Experience managing a project portfolio and backlog including people allocation and budget reporting
Understand the need for establishing and following Project Management standards
Experience working on IT audits
