The Department
The Healthcare Services team is a team of 7 who
sit across digital (Online Doctor, Online NHS Prescription, Healthera &
Video GP) and instore (Nurse led Health Clinics) Healthcare Services. We take a
leading role in supporting the Healthcare Services strategy, that builds into
the overarching Healthcare Strategy.
Job Purpose
To be the Online Doctor Commercial Specialist to
the Online Doctor team, developing strong and effective working relationships
in order to assist with developing marketing strategies, identifying business
opportunities to provide data for reporting, planning and delivering targets
and profitability. The Online Doctor Commercial Specialist will be a core
pillar within the Online Doctor team, working with several internal and external
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
*Market research analysis of competitors within the Digital Healthcare space, providing relevant summaries and recommendations to Online Doctor Senior Manager
*To be the go-to person for data analysis, ensuring to maximise profitability for Superdrug
*Range and promotional reviews
*To attend regular Marketing meetings (internal & external) and lead were appropriate and review commercial effectiveness of our marketing strategy, measuring ROI and recommending improvements
*Support with managing the Marketing budget and forecasting processes, working closely with the functions to provide weekly / monthly forecasts and an operating plan for all Marketing areas
*To own and manage the internal commercial data (financial & marketing) to support forward looking strategic initiatives
*To assist on Healthcare projects and lead were appropriate
*Provide analysis and support to investment decisions including tender reviews, business case preparation and presentations to the investment committee.
*Support on CRO / SEO / CRM meetings with third parties
*Work with our Healthcare operations teams to create streamline processes
*Assist with launching ‘new services’, providing market research, pricing models, marketing strategy to launch & stock management with relevant teams

*Advanced Google Analytics (GA) / Looker skills
