Pharmacy Team Leader

Our Northampton Hub is the future of Pharmacy, where all Online Prescriptions are distributed from. 

We are located above our Central Northampton Store within the Grosvenor Shopping Mall, which is open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday.

The Hub consists of 50 staff, working in a Fun, Busy and Interactive Environment. 

We are looking for a new Pharmacy Team Leader to manage and work closely with the team. You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Dispensing OR equivalent, ideally with some managerial experience. 

This is working 39 hours a week between Monday and Sunday on an hourly rate of up to £14.77 plus FREE parking for those that drive.

As a Superdrug Pharmacy Team Leader, you're part of the management team who are responsible for providing an efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional service to our customers. You'll receive direct line management support from your Pharmacy Manager.

If you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you could become a vital member of both the store team and the local community and could help to maintain excellent customer loyalty.
