Pharmacy Team Leader

This position is working 30 hours a week.

Salary is up to £13.87 per hour depending on pharmacy qualifications

Our Pharmacy Team Leaders go beyond just great management skills. We’re after people who are confident to use initiative to stretch/build pharmacy performance and seeks to add value to the business. As a Superdrug Pharmacy Team Leader, you're part of the management team who are responsible for providing an efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional service to our customers. You'll receive direct line management support from your Pharmacy Manager.

If you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you could become a vital member of both the store team and the local community and could help to maintain excellent customer loyalty.

It’s a great experience that will prepare you for even bigger challenges our Pharmacy Team Leaders are extremely important to us.  We’ll support you to develop both your professional and commercial skills.
 
What you’ll need to succeed

To come on board as a Superdrug Pharmacy Team Leader you will have the following:

Achieved NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing or equivalent (level 2 considered)
Previous experience in working in a dispensary
Previous experience working in a supervisory role within a pharmacy (or retail sector i.e. previous store manager/assistant store manager)

Hours: This position is working 30 hours a week.

 (This is a 7 day operation and may require some weekend and evening work)
