Pharmacy Team Leader

This position is working 40 hours a week, over 5 days, between 9am and 5:30pm. This will include working some Saturdays. 

We are open to giving the opportunity to somebody looking for their next step up, who has experience in Pharmacy as a Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician, with an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Dispensing or Equivalent.

You will have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing or equivalent (level 2 considered)
You will need previous experience, working in a dispensary
Ideally previous experience working in a supervisory role within a pharmacy (or retail sector i.e. previous store manager/assistant store manager)

Salary: Up to £13.87ph (depending on qualifications - Up to £28,849pa based on a full time 40hrs pw contract, any part-time contract would be pro-rata)

As a Superdrug Pharmacy Team Leader, you're part of the management team who are responsible for providing an efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional service to our customers. You'll receive direct line management support from your Pharmacy Manager.

If you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you could become a vital member of both the store team and the local community and could help to maintain excellent customer loyalty.

What you’ll need to succeed

To come on board as a Superdrug Pharmacy Team Leader you will have the following:
