This is a maternity cover for 12 months.
Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
Working alongside both the Marketplace and wider ecommerce teams, you’ll play a central role, working with sellers, internal departments and technical partners to deliver commercial and customer insight. An experienced Analyst with a passion for understanding commercial data, you’ll provide recommendations to the team to help unlock incremental value.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracking conversion funnel performance & mapping customer journeys, to help inform ecommerce decisions
Helping with problem solving, issue resolution and troubleshooting, as required
Working with Commercial Finance and Trading team on forecasting, business planning & specific initiatives
Working with Insight to share customer view and market intel (online and sector) more widely
Identifying opportunities for revenue growth & CX improvements
Monitoring and reporting on ecommerce and Marketplace KPI’s, user flow and onsite behaviour, providing recommendations & highlighting ‘pain points’
Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
Conduct on-demand analysis and deep dives’, where needed to support ecommerce projects & sharing insights that are understandable + actionable
Creating automated dashboards, setting benchmarks & measuring impact of changes
Analysing and identifying key drivers of ecommerce performance, trends and customer behaviours
Working with IT to help drive data/reporting improvements, to better understand the full user journey.
Being responsible for supporting and training the team, where needed

What you’ll need:
Understanding of the digital landscape & experience working within an ecommerce environment
Advanced Excel skills, an expert in Google Analytics and knowledge of Business Objects
Demonstrable skills working with large data sets & databases
Some experience with A/B testing tools would be beneficial
An understanding of website functionality e.g categorization, search, facets & filters,
An eye for detail and the confidence to lead tasks and projects
The ability to effectively organize and prioritize your workload
A flexible approach, with ability to work individually and as part of a team
