A Superdrug and Unilever Collaboration!

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Supply Chain of a major FCMG supplier’s portfolio within Superdrug. By working closely alongside operations, retail, commercial and supply chain teams across both businesses, the Collaboration Manager will be best placed to align existing processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver the best possible on shelf availability for our customers. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

A typical day in this role includes:

•Harmonising Supply Chain and Commercial teams across both Superdrug and the supplier to deliver smooth promotional and NPD launches as well as strong and continuous on shelf availability.
•Interacting with a variety of stakeholders: Supplier, Commercial, Distribution, Savers Supply Chain, Retail Operations
•Direct ownership of an end to end supply chain: delivering availability and stock budget KPIs, building cross functional relationships within both businesses
•Ensuring Superdrug’s inventory is in the right place at the right time.
•Interrogate end to end processes and deadlines across both businesses to identify opportunities for business improvements and efficiencies for flow of stock, reducing central cost across all channels and businesses
•Placing stock orders to deliver superb store availability within stock budget targets, delivering on commercial agreements and striving to improving supplier fulfilment
•Provide insightful stock and availability updates to leadership teams, tailoring to audience as appropriate.

What you’ll need
•You will need to have an in depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain management and the associated complexities
•You will need to manage and influence multiple stakeholders, negotiating the most beneficial outcome
•You need to have a working knowledge of general retail commercial processes.
•You need to understand the core principles of a distribution operation and inventory management.
•You’ll be a team player, proactive, enjoy problem solving, and root cause analysis.
•You need to be a free thinker who is happy to work independently and within a team
•You will be resilient and willing to embrace change 
•You will be willing to continuously learn and develop.
•You need to have the confidence to make decisions in a complex environment.
