Job Description:
Deliver profitable, creative, personalised Loyalty campaigns utilising multiple marketing channels with tangible returns at a Local and National level

Key Responsibilities:

-Implementation of customer focused Marketing campaigns which drive loyalty to stores, website and Superdrug app through online & offline channels

-Working closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure loyalty campaigns are executed effectively across all channels

-Load loyalty promotions for stores & online.

-Fully utilise channels available which go beyond Email such as Social Media, Superdrug App, Display Marketing, Paid Social, OOH, Print, Radio & Influencers.

-Work closely with the CRM Designers & creative agencies to improve the effectiveness of traditional and digital communications

-Ensure campaigns are delivered in line with business timelines and then effectively communicated to stores

-Working closely with the Customer Insights team to deliver effective campaigns at a store specific / area / national level by ensuring data learnings are constantly implemented

-Champion the agenda of the Health and Beautycard throughout the business to deliver increases in loyalty sales participation, registrations, and active member targets

-Support the CRM Manager in the strategic development of the CRM Loyalty Programme

Person Specification:

- Proactive, can-do attitude, willing to learn, asks "why" and challenges the status quo
-Marketing related degree or experience working in a Marketing.
-Retail experience (office or shop floor based) desirable
-At least 1 years’ experience in loyalty marketing driven business environment beneficial
-Key skills: Communication, analytical, creativity, innovative, project management
