Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

This is a field based position. Ideally you will live in the North East of England or Scotland

Role Purpose:
To effectively manage the execution, delivery, and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects. Continuously developing and refining the way we work to overcome all challenges. Reporting into an Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.

A typical day in this role includes:
•Managing and delivering on site activity for all assigned projects across all and facias
•Daily communication to store/area/merchandising manager and key head office departments. 
•Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery. 
•Ensure revenue cost reporting to the implementation manger is delivered in timely manner. Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope. 
•Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.

•You understand how to plan workload for yourself and teams on multiple sites.  
•You are good at communicating both verbal and written to all levels within the business including Directors. 
•You can easily use layout and project plans to facilitate delivery at a fast pace within a changing environment. 
•You have developed the ability to be flexible with your approach.  
•You are motivated by doing a great job every day.
•You get satisfaction though delivering change to retail stores. 

What you’ll need:

•You need to have some experience in retail merchandising projects.  
•Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable. 
•You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills. 
•You will have working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as excel, Teams, SharePoint.
•Your leadership experience will have equipped you to lead multi-site small teams. 
•Experience of being a good team player is essential.
