Job Purpose

Create and develop brand assets (including but not limited to brand and event creative guidelines, instore imagery and ad hoc brand projects) which deliver a consistent customer message, enhanced store environment, and attract customers, in line with business strategy.


Key Responsibilities


To lead and co-manage with Marketing Manager on the creation of event creative guidelines, ensuring that these are completed in line with agreed timescales.
Assist the Brand Manager with the creative process for all Superdrug brand shoots ensuring that all imagery adheres to Superdrug’s brand values.
Assist the Brand Manager with briefing in product shoots, working with the agency to produce commercial & seasonal content for digital channels. 
To assist the Brand Manager with developing and maintaining the Superdrug brand guidelines that embrace brand values and deliver a recognisable and consistent message on how the brand is communicated, for use in all marketing activity, media and applications.
To be one of the key brand guardians for Superdrug and support the Brand manager with effectively communicating guidelines to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the brand has a consistent look and feel across both instore and online.
To manage & maintain the supplier tagging sign off process, ensuring all tagged media maximises Superdrug’s exposure and adheres to our guidelines.
Conduct status meetings between agencies, key marketing stakeholders, other internal teams and top suppliers to review and ensure consistency & alignment with marketing objectives and timelines.
Ensure accurate communication across all areas over the marketing teams to ensure that the communication strategy is consistently translated across all media.
To keep on top of design trends and look at new ways to communicate to customers in an inclusive and accessible way.
Work with Buying and Finance teams to look at return on investment evaluations, seeking opportunities to develop ideas and identify initiatives to execute future creatives.
Build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Work and manage agreed budgets and timescales.
Carry out seasonal competitor reviews and report back to key stakeholders.
Undertake special and tactical projects as and when required.

Person Specification

Experience in working with creative agency, in house creative team or similar
Experience in project or account management 
Experience in budget management
Experience working in fast paced marketing environment
Confident energetic approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
