Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
As an Assistant CRM Manager, you will support the Digital CRM Manager on a daily basis playing a key role in the planning, development and implementation of eCRM activity for the Superdrug loyalty programme (Health & Beautycard). You will assist with digital communications via email marketing and the Superdrug app to drive customer engagement and retention for the Superdrug brand. Using customer data, you will support the team in making observations and recommendations on how to improve both the loyalty strategy as well as any other business processes.
•Planning email communications with commercial, fun and engaging content showcasing Superdrug offers, products and educational content and sending to over 8 million customers.
•You will be responsible for writing briefs utilising the Superdrug tone of voice, proofreading designs, testing the creative, as well as scheduling the email communications.
•Numerical and understanding of key CRM KPIs, managing weekly reporting with key learnings and actions. Review post campaign analysis of email communications and app push notifications to evaluate and recommend actionable improvements to campaigns. Present this analysis to the team on a weekly basis.
•Able to think outside the box and put our members at the heart of what we do, with recommendations of segmentation and personalisation.
•You will be responsible for building simple to complex segmentations within Adobe Campaign including personalisation.
•You will be responsible in ensuring your categories have the right balance of exposure within our channel through the year.
•Working with key stakeholders to build strong CRM plans, CRM lifecycle campaigns and strategies to ensure the right message is sent at the right time to the right customers. This includes reporting back on KPIs and recommending on optimisations.
•Ensuring that the relevant data protection requirements are complied with. Support communication of the Health & Beautycard loyalty scheme through all customer touch points (in store, online, and via social media) and identify opportunities to promote the Health & Beautycard and the Superdrug app.
•Support the team with general activity planning and administrative tasks.
•Experience of analysing metrics and data to guide decisions and make recommendations
•Degree 2:1 in Business Management/Marketing or IT
•1-2 years’ experience with end-to-end email set up using an ESP either Adobe, Sales Force or Dotmailer
•Preferably worked in retail, beauty, or fashion roles before
