Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
Process and Track invoices
Perform Data Merges
Responsible for timely processing of all Shopper Marketing Purchase Orders
Deal with general enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate and maintain cost trackers for budget
Investigate and resolve aged debt queries
Create and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholder and suppliers
Brief and deliver till screensaver artworks for all Superdrug stores and manage the event plans for 800 stores.
Actioning ad-hoc work required by the team.
