Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

The primary purpose of the role is to effectively and efficiently support the People Development Manager and the People Development team: to deliver all aspects of training supporting Beauty Studio, Fragrance Counter stores and Commercial product.

A typical day in this role includes:
•Interacting with the People Development Team and servicing internal customers, to support training across the business areas.  
•The key stakeholders you will liaise with are: Commercial teams, Internal communications, training team, internal recruitment and external suppliers.    
•The main objectives for this role are: End to end process for Beauty Studio training and Superdrug Fragrance conference & roadshows. Content editing. Administration duties to support training function including budget and training records.  
•The key deliverables will be supporting the People Development Manager for Product Knowledge to ensure that all training is applied and recorded for our internal customer. Utilizing our internal learning platform and using data analysis.  
•The key responsibilities will include the ability to work autonomously, planning and organization. Creating content through film and editing.

What you’ll need:
•You need to have some experience of general administration.
•You need to be IT literate and have good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
•You will understand the core principles of training
•You will have working knowledge of the health & beauty world
•You will have experience in video creation & editing or have a willingness to learn.
•You will have the confidence to deliver training in both a face to face and virtual environment
