Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

As a IT Support Team Leader, you will oversee the day to day operation of the Digital Support Team, managing a team of 1 Digital Support Analyst and 1 CRM Support Analyst. You will report to the Senior Business Analyst.

The role is responsible for ensuring the effective logging, monitoring and resolving of Digital Support calls pertaining to Superdrug and Savers Website and CRM systems. This will involve liaising with our in-house development and Business Analyst teams as well as development teams in various European locations. 

You will ensure you and the team deliver digital support with a focus on customer service and adhering to company standards and within SLA.

The role will also see you take an active role as the “subject matter expert” with regard to digital systems and as such you will be involved with all aspects of the digital portfolio. Reviewing projects and changes to ensure they meet high standards to ensure they are supportable and maintainable going forward.

The role will also entail the management of several small “Digital Support” projects and be involved ensuring the effective and detailed handover of all relevant development projects to the support team.


What you’ll need to succeed

•Extensive experience in IT in a support role
•Good experience / knowledge of relevant skills / systems.
oThese currently include.
SQL – Some knowledge is desirable
Hybris – knowledge of Hybris or another web platform is desirable
Siebel – any previous CRM experience is desirable
Adobe Campaign - any previous experience is desirable
•In-depth experience of working with commercial systems, infrastructure and databases.
•Preferably experience of working in a Retail business.
