Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
To support the Healthcare Talent team with Administrative duties
Using the in-house recruitment system (EDGE) to raise new vacancy requisitions
Support the Talent Advisors/Manager with the recruitment of healthcare store team roles
Send out interview confirmations to candidates and hiring mangers
Advertise and maintain vacancies on other specialist websites i.e E-med Careers
Raising offers and sending our New Starter templates
Chase acceptances and certified Right to work Documents where required
Update recruitment trackers accordingly
Answer any candidate queries that come into recruitment mailboxes and escalate any to the Healthcare Talent Advisors/ Manager when required
Ensure positive relationships with all key stakeholders for areas of responsibility are maintained through delivery of service levels
