Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

To deliver efficient and effective day-to-day property management solutions for A. S. Watson’s store, distribution and Head Office estate. 

This includes Savers, Superdrug, 3, The Perfume Shop, and other Group companies or any future acquisitions. 

A member of the Estates Team working with the surveyors to support a UK wide network of over 1700 properties. 

Key Responsibilities

• Service Charges 
o Approval of Superdrug/Savers/TPS/Three invoices and working closely with service charge management consultants. Working to develop efficient approval processes.

• Residential 
o Working with the residential consultants in order to ensure residential blues provided and processed in timely manner and also to ensure accounting accurate and up to date. 

• Audit 
o Providing support to the department with ensuring property records are up to date and with audit work. Invoice checking and auditing.
o Collating and checking payment run approvals
o Assisting in tracking and securing UK and Parent Company Approvals
o Updating void space tracker
o Assisting in Tendering contracts for professional services

• Rating 
o Assisting with ensuring rating consultants are up to date with store opening, closure and refit information and checking. Assisting with review and checking of invoices as soon as they are received from rating consultants. Assisting with requesting supporting information. 
o Assisting in monitoring and updating the Government Appeals website.

• Finance processes 
o To provide support with horizon updates and blues. Assisting in upgrade to the system and process development. Supporting with review of
o completion statements. Liaison between finances, surveyors and solicitors. Keeping the completion statement tracker up to date. 

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience working in a customer service environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills: written and verbal
• Good standard of education, particularly English
• Ability to work to deadline and prioritise workload
• Able to work both following process and using own initiative 
• Team Player
• Confident energetic approach
• Good PC skills – Microsoft Office
