Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

This role looks after all UX, Testing, Analytics and Optimisation for Working with teams across A.S. Watson and third-party partners to ensure that the website is continually optimized and improved, in order to achieve growth targets. The Website Optimisation Manager will be the central point for development projects that involve, as well as leading contract negotiations with third parties, where needed.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, relationships with eLab (our technical group development team), IT and will be key to improving our customer engagement and providing a ‘best in class’ digital experience for our customers.

A typical day in this role includes:
•Interaction with depts across Superdrug, eLab and third parties (key stakeholders)
•Project management - involvement in projects from initial stage to ensure requirements are met
•Interrogating site stats, performance metrics and dashboards to determine areas of opportunity (barriers to conversion), reviewing & analysing test results (optimizing where needed), prioritizing UX projects and ensuring partners (e.g. Swogo, Bazaarvoice, Insider) are delivering against targets & within budget
•Objectives: to own, manage and deliver the site optimisation roadmap, to ensure that projects and technical integrations are delivered right first time, to champion UX and testing across the business, to onboard third parties, to provide regular updates to the business to show the benefit of initiatives / innovation and to deliver Marketplace
•Delivering agreed Conversion and ATV targets and helping achieve the sales budget
•Highlighting where efficiencies can be made in existing processes (e.g. automation)

What you’ll need:
•To have worked in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, with the ability to mix a strategic view with operational needs
•Experience using Google Analytics & Business Objects
•Some familiarity with Bazaarvoice, Swogo, Insider, Evolv
•Team coaching and leadership experience
•Project management experience
•Familiarity with UX and Testing
•Used to managing third-party providers
•Able to confidently present at all levels
