Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

 - Creating engaging digital and written content and encouraging participation on the internal communications platform.
 - Acting as a platform specialist, monitoring content, supporting other teams in helping them create and engage with audiences and reviewing engagement levels. Support new starters on-boarding onto the platform across the business
 - Creating regular Director and wider teams comms that delivers business updates in engaging and unique ways to maximize engagement opportunities
 - Participate and lead projects within the Internal Communications team that supports delivery of the Internal Communications strategy across the year
 - Work with Commercial team and suppliers to help drive key commercial focusses via ‘Suppliers on The Hub’
 - Support external partners in communicating effectively into the business, help them connect with Superdrug audiences across various channels in the business
 - Support with the planning and delivery of Head Office events.

 Key Responsibilities

 - The Internal Communications Executive is responsible for the day to day creation of comms across various channels, both digital content creation and copy.

- Understanding the Superdrug audience and how to create content that is engaging, informative and on brand. 

 - Responsibilities also include working closely with teams across the business to engage people in commercial and brand building activity, from Head Office events, customer marketing events and charity initiatives.

 - Be a brand ambassador and a central point of contact for engagement across Superdrug.

What you'll need

 - Experience in creating written and digital comms and content
 - Be able to manage workload independently and as part of a wider team
 - Experience using Microsoft office, photoshop, Instagram and tiktok – at work and socially
 - Photography / video skills would be an advantage
