The Talent Acquisition Project Manager for Store Teams will work with the Retail, Healthcare and Head Office Talent Acquisition Teams. The role covers Talent Acquisition projects, contributing to the development and delivery of the attraction strategy for the business and the management and enhancement of our applicant tracking system and innovation of technology to ensure we offer the best candidate experience possible

 Key Responsibilities

Effectively managing all projects relating to the Talent Acquisition team Strategy
Participate in projects affecting the wider Customer and People team
Ensuring project times lines are communicated and managed effectively
Working with external stakeholders to support the roll out and maintenance of talent acquisition technology including Integrations with Video Interview providers, behavior-based assessment tools,
Leading and developing the Talent Acquisition Project Administrator
Taking the lead on the maintenance and development of the Cornerstone applicant tracking system (ATS)
Designing and delivering training sessions for the Cornerstone system ensuring the capabilities of the team are maximized
Resolution of error escalations relating to the ATS working with Oracle and Shared Services Team
Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding error resolution and bringing all errors to a successful conclusion
Create reports to determine performance and measures of success including time to interview, time to hire, cost per hire and ratio of interview to offer
Up skill Line Managers through training and development where required with regards to recruitment and selection processes
Ensure the employer brand guidelines are adhered too and the candidate experience is maintained throughout their journey from application to on boarding
Work on updating the career website via the CMS ensuring all information is updated
Ensure positive relationships with all key stakeholders for areas of responsibility are maintained through delivery of service levels

What you'll need

Experience of in-house or agency recruitment at a senior manager level
Experience of People Management (Retail and Head Office)
Experience of Project Management
Experience of introducing new processes and training new ways of working
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and communicate with stakeholders of all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Passion for the brand and understanding of what makes a great Superdrug employee at all levels
