Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certificationāÆor have 1 year + professional experience in threading.Ā Ā An accreditation in waxing is preferable.Ā

You are happy offering ALL of the treatments above as part of your role.Ā

Submit Your Application

Initial Screening
Our Talent Team will review your application, and if you meet the role's requirements, they will contact you to arrange a 20-minute telephone screening. This conversation will help us learn more about you and your experience.
Interview
If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Store Manager or Beauty Studio Manager. The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and expertise in Beauty or Hair.
Trade Test
We want to see you do what you do best! At your face-to-face interview, you will also be asked to complete a Trade Test so we can assess your practical skills and client interaction. This could be a nail, brow or hair treatment ā dependant on what role you have applied for. The Talent Team will talk you through this when scheduling so you know exactly what to expect, Please note, to ensure the Trade Test runs smoothly, we ask that you bring along a friend/family member who can act as your model for this assessment.

What if I cannot find a model to support my trade tests?
It would be amazing if you can bring along someone for your Trade Test who you know you can perform an excellent service on, however if for any reason you are unable to find someone, please let the Talent Team know asap so we can help and hopefully find someone for the day!
What training will I receive?
You will spend your first four weeks training with one of our Store Managers at a designated training store. After that, in your own store, the management team and Area Manager will continue to support you with guidance on operations, leadership, and any challenges you may face.
