🕒Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

Key Accountabilities:
Identifying, documenting and validating integration and data requirements across systems to ensure end‑to‑end solution coherence
Partnering with business users to fully surface their requirements; conducting interviews with key project stakeholders, documenting and presenting the results
Assisting business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimising the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management
Analysing the impact of change requests
Supporting traceability from requirements through to QA; assisting in the definition of test plans and testing strategies and in the creation of test cases
Assisting in the definition of roll out, training and user support plans
Creating and/or reviewing manuals, procedures, and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
Presenting concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, role and accountability diagrams and business-focused story boards
Generates detailed customer focused initiatives, in line with the IT Department strategy and supports with execution.
Listens to the customer and implements new ideas and ways of working which are
designed to improve service considering both Online and Offline.
Ensures the team priorities actions which delight the customer/team member
Special Requirements:
Related Business Analyst work experience involved in large scale business transformation projects, and use of structured Business Analysis methodologies for multi-million pound projects.
Experience working and implementing projects in a Retail based environment
Understanding of Retail / Warehouse Management Systems and Processes

Essential: Proven Business Analyst experience involved in large scale business transformation projects in a retail environment
Qualifications
Essential: ‘A’ level or equivalent
Desirable: Degree level

Strong business focused Business Analyst with specific expertise and experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Development and Reporting

How can I progress from a Team Leader role within Superdrug?
We have a programme called RMT: Retail Management Training, which is a 3-month development programme to advance management skills and upskill behaviours, helping Team Leaders to be ready for that Assistant Manager role. This is a great way to take that next step into a management role within Superdrug.
Requirements to apply:
You need to be a Team Leader for at least 6 months in the business, be confident in your role and be wanting to take the next step into an Assistant Manager role.
You will have already demonstrated your skills, willingness to travel to other stores to gain experience and build your network, and have completed a career conversation or interview with your Line Manager and Area Manager to confirm your readiness for the programme.

What training will I receive?
You will spend your first four weeks training with one of our Store Managers at a designated training store. After that, in your own store, the management team and Area Manager will continue to support you with guidance on operations, leadership, and any challenges you may face.
