As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Superdrug, youāll be right at the heart of the actionāserving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!Ā Ā
Youāll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.Ā Ā
Itās a hands-on, fast-paced role thatās never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and weāll give you everything you need to growāwith brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.Ā Ā
Your training will take place in-store over the first 12 months, so no college days and no homework! At the end of your training period, you will complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and your tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 ApprenticeshipāÆĀ

What are the eligibility requirements for the Retail Sales Advisor Apprenticeship?
You need to have at least 5 Grade 4 / C GCSEās (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
You must not be enrolled in any form of education and must be available for full-time shifts.
You must not have previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
This program is for individuals who are new to the retail sector.
What are the eligibility requirements for the Apprentice Team Leader Apprenticeship?
You need to have at least 5 Grade 4 / C GCSEās (or equivalent) including English and Maths with one at least one full level 3 qualification.
You must not be enrolled in any form of education and must be available for full-time shifts.
You must not have previously completed a Team Leading Apprenticeship.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
A minimum of 9 months of retail experience is required.
How long is the apprenticeship programme?
The apprenticeship program typically lasts between 12 and 15 months, depending on the specific role you take on. This will be discussed further during the initial screening.
What qualification will I receive?
Upon completing the program successfully, you will earn a Highfield-accredited retail qualification.
Can I apply to multiple roles?
Yes, please do! Apply to roles that match your interests and skillset. You'll be assessed based on the requirements for each position and may interview for multiple roles simultaneously.
