Our Roles
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Store Managers go beyond just great management skills, they share their expertise and support their team to grow and develop. A strong focus on delivering a great customer experience whilst meeting targets and increasing sales (it doesn’t hurt to beat the competition either). A passion for Beauty and Health products, Retail and Customer satisfaction alongside a sense of pride for every member of your team will be the foundation for all the success you and your team achieve. You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to beat sales and service targets. You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.
Assistant Manager Designate
In our designate roles you support us by being willing to travel to a variety of stores locally around your base location based on demand. Travel will include visiting a variety of stores within a 1-hour radius of your base location until appointed into a store. (you will get support with your travel expenses).
Think of the exposure you will get and day to day variety! You won’t travel forever; we want these roles to help support future hiring needs and soon you will be ready to jump into a specific store and progress within the business.

You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.
Store Manager

You will work with your Assistant Manager and lead your team to beat sales and service targets. You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control
